Sigh

So, today I experimented for the first time meditation. I was very diligent:

  • I set a timer of 30 minutes on the phone
  • put on spiritual music
  • laid on the bed
  • relaxed all my muscles
  • cleared my mind…

…and yes, obviously I had a sumptuous nap. The phone alarm cought me sleeping blissfully. Next time I have to concentrate more.
